For those people who have special physical requirements one to one sessions are a weekly necessity to ensure that rehabilitation takes place at your pace.

Each class is taken by a fully qualified Pilates Foundation Instructor and is tailored to your specific needs. Using a range of Pilates apparatus: Cadillac, reformer, foam roller, swiss ball, therabands and overballs the classes provide a gentle yet indepth structure working on the entire body as well as the injured area to ensure maximum recovery and overall fitness.

After each course of lessons we can mutually determine whether or not you might like to join a group mat, reformer or apparatus class or indeed simply carry on enjoying the individual attention that a one to one class brings.
